ORDERS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through our secure checkout system. You can also pay with amazon pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

Items must be in new condition to qualify for return or exchange. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition (i.e. shoe boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.

Tanya Taylor is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date received to our warehouse via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and a $9.95 restocking fee.

Items must be marked as shipped back to us within 30 days of original delivery date.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

For domestic returns, start your return or exchange process at https://tanyataylor.loopreturns.com. Domestic orders are eligible for refund or exchange if the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

For international returns, start your return or exchange process at https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQ90. International orders are eligible for refunds or exchange if the return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please note international customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.

Yes, we have gift cards available for purchase. This gift card is virtual and will be delivered directly to your inbox, with instructions for redemption at checkout. Gift cards have no additional processing fees - just select your desired amount.

Please click on the waitlist button on the product page of the item you want to purchase. Enter your information and if/when the product becomes available, we will email you.

Tanya Taylor is able to alter and/or cancel orders if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. If you wish to cancel after that 1 hour time period, please email us at customerservice@tanyataylor.com. and we will instruct you on how to move forward.

Occasionally we run offers for our followers and/or mailing lists. When placing an order, simply enter your promo code at time of checkout to redeem the promotion. If you are having trouble redeeming a promo code, email hello@tanyataylor.com.

If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately by email or telephone. We will not bill you for items that are not available and your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Items sold online are subject to availability.

Tanya Taylor will match the price of any full-priced item sold in U.S. dollars by a competitor site based in the U.S. Email a link of the product to customerservice@tanyataylor.com for any price match inquiries. The exact style, color, and size that you are purchasing must be available at a lower price in order to qualify for price matching. Sale items are not eligible for price matching. Requests should be made before placing your order or within the 14 day return window.

We offer price adjustments on full-priced items only within 7 days of original purchase. We do not offer price adjustments on items that were bought on sale or promotion. Email customerservice@tanyataylor.com for all price adjustment inquiries.
