Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop Tanya Taylor as a guest.

Yes. Tanya Taylor is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We have adopted the latest technologies to ensure that your credit card, contact, and shipping/billing information are kept confidential.

 

Why do I have to enter my telephone number at checkout?

We request a phone number at checkout in order to offer the best possible customer service in case any issues regarding your order may arise. Will I be charged tax? 
Sales tax of 8.875% will be collected on all items shipped within New York State.

Tanya Taylor collects sales tax in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including: 

AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY 

Tanya Taylor does not collect sales tax in any state excluded from the list above because Tanya Taylor is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states. 

 

Do you have gift cards?
No, we do not have gift cards available at this time, but we can create credit in someone’s name and send them a personalized email as a gift from you.


The style or size I want is sold out, what can I do? 
Please click on the waitlist button on the product page of the item you want to purchase. Enter your information and if/when the product becomes available, we will email you.


I need to change/cancel my order, what do I do? 
Tanya Taylor is able to alter and/or cancel orders if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. If you wish to cancel after that 1 hour time period, please email us at info@tanyataylor.com and we will instruct you on how to move forward.

 

I have a promo code, how do I use it?
Occasionally we run offers for our followers and/or mailing lists. When placing an order, simply enter your promo code at time of checkout to redeem the promotion. If you are having trouble redeeming a promo code, email info@tanyataylor.com.

 

What if the item I ordered becomes unavailable? 
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately by email or telephone. We will not bill you for items that are not available and your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Items sold online are subject to availability.

 

PRICE MATCH AND SALE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Tanya Taylor will match the price of any full-priced item sold in U.S. dollars by a competitor site based in the U.S. Email a link of the product to info@tanyataylor.com for any price match inquiries. The exact style, color, and size that you are purchasing must be available at a lower price in order to qualify for price matching. Sale items are not eligible for price matching. Requests should be made before placing your order or within the 14 day return window.

 

Items originally purchased on sale or using a special promotion are not eligible for sale adjustments. Email info@tanyataylor.com for all sale adjustment inquiries.
