If you were a color what color would you be and why?

I tend to gravitate towards green. It’s a calming tone and reminds me of nature. I love all the different green shades – from rich, deep emerald green to something more soft and muted like sage.

Who is a woman that inspires you?

My mom is my hero. She’s in education and has made a career of giving back and helping communities worldwide. She exemplifies hard work and passion.

What is your favorite piece of art, film or book you have seen or read recently?

 I just finished Succession last night so it is top of mind. I found the ending of season two deeply satisfying. 

Where would you like to travel to next?

I’d love to travel to Morocco for design inspiration. I can’t wait to explore the markets and their amazing textiles.

What keeps you motivated when you need an extra push?

Parachute’s team of dreamers! I’m so grateful to work with inspiring people who share the Parachute vision and constantly teach and challenge me.

How does wearing Tanya Taylor make you feel?

I always like to support fellow female founders. It feels good to know the person behind what I’m wearing.
