Tanya Taylor will accept domestic and international returns of full price merchandise within 14 days after your order has arrived. Items must be in new condition to qualify for return or exchange. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition (i.e. shoe boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.

Tanya Taylor is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date received to our warehouse via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and a $9.95 restocking fee.

Items must be marked as shipped back to us within 14 days of original delivery date.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

If you placed an order through our TryNow feature, you have 10 days once the order is delivered to return the product until your card is charged. If you need to return items after the 10 days, you have 4 additional days (up to 14 days per our standard return policy) to return the items for a full refund (if they're not final sale).

3. Once you decide what you'll keep before the 10 day period ends, returns are easy. Only pay for what you keep.

When you're on one of our product pages, you can simply select the TryNow purchase option when adding items to your cart. At checkout, you will not be charged. An "authorization" or "hold" for the full amount of your order will be placed on your card to reserve funds in case you choose to keep everything. Your 10 day trial will begin once your package is delivered. Once you've decided what to keep, just return the rest of your items using our Returns Portal. Once your return is processed, the pending hold on your account will be released within a few business days (depending on your bank's processing speeds), and you’ll only be charged for what you kept.
