GOALS
- Better understanding of how ecommerce works at a small but fast-growing contemporary fashion company
- Learn how a small core team collaborates within different departments including marketing, sales, and logistics
- Learn qualitative and quantitative tools and metrics of a role in ecommerce
- Familiarize yourself with common industry platforms and software, such as RLM, Zonos, Kustomer, and Shopify
RESPONSIBILITIES
ECOMMERCE OPS
- Assist in the creation of products and image uploads
- Assist in the merchandising of site
- Support roll out of new site features
- Assist in inventory management in inventory management software
- Work to identify gaps in E-commerce product offering
BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- Pull weekly reporting on our E-commerce sales
- Pull weekly reporting on E-commerce returned orders & share insights as needed
- Provide weekly product selling documents
- Provide weekly email reports
CUSTOMER RETENTION
- Customer communication
- Communicate with our warehouse and logistics team to resolve outstanding issues
- Support implementation of customer loyalty program
LEARNING
- Excel- VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, shortcuts
- Professional organization- how to organize your email, your desktop etc.
- Shopify- all aspects of Shopify that an E-commerce manager uses
- Klaviyo (email platform)- how to segment lists, how to create emails
- Paid media platforms
- Google Analytics
- 3d party platforms- RLM, Kustomer, Zonos
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel
- Eager to learn and analytically-inclined
- Flexible work hours, but should be available 2 half days per week
